About Music 47

Music 47 is now the largest music store, not only in Worcester, but in Hereford and Worcestershire and far beyond. It started out at 47 Friar Street - hence it's name.

The range of instruments we sell includes guitars, amplifiers, stringed instruments, brass, woodwind, percussion and a huge range of accessories. We have over 200 guitars on display alone. The massive sheet music department is the best for miles and miles. Many thousands of titles are stocked to suit all tastes from rock to romantic, exam music to choral scores, albums to tutor books for all instruments. All the major sheet music publishers are represented. Choirs all over the world use our mail order service, as do thousands of teachers and schools. All this is possible because of a dedicated and very knowledgeable staff, always keen to help.

Our new website is designed to add a new dimension to our service to musicians. We hope you find it clear, informative and helpful. However we must stress that goods sold online are at special discounted prices and therefore only available online. We also price match, so if you see the same product cheaper elsewhere, including postage, packing and incidental expenses, tell us about it. That way we can improve our service to you.
